I am a Registered Veterinary Technician and the Administrator for Animal and Bird Hospital. I grew up loving animals and was raised in a Veterinary setting in New Mexico where my father and brother are still practicing Veterinarians. I was very active in 4-H and FFA. I received my degree in Colorado and moved to San Diego in 1985 where I became State Board Certified. I have continued to work in and manage clinics throughout north county for the last 17 years. I started working with Dr. Stonebreaker in 1987 and can truly say that we could write a book about our experiences over the years. The many patients we can not forget and the clients that we have gotten close to are what make my job so special.
As for my personal interest & my children, I have two wonderful girls who are keeping me busy along with our "zoo". We have 2 dogs, Great Pyreness (Kizzy & Sadie), a ball python named (Sha-ta), Hermit Crabs, (Tom, Harry, Joe & Jane), Beta Fish (Prince Raja & Shasta), an ant farm, a miniature horse named (Elliot), 4 deer, 20 Emus and many other exotic birds. In between the busy schedule that life has for me I still look forward to coming to work everyday to meet and greet all of our 2 & 4 legged creatures and their owners. Life is Great!
